About Me

Stephanie Yeap is an independent arts writer and communications professional from Singapore, currently based in London. She holds a BA (Hons) in English and History of Art from the University of York and an MA with Distinction in History of Art from SOAS University of London. 

She was the Editor of Plural Art Mag from 2022 - 2023 and has also contributed to publications such as ArtReview Asia, Art+Market, The Peak, and Grazia. She has lectured on contemporary Southeast Asian art history and arts writing at LASALLE College of the Arts. Stephanie has also supported the public relations efforts of the National Gallery Singapore, National Museum Singapore, STPI -- Creative Workshop & Gallery, and ART:DIS Singapore.

In 2022, Stephanie was invited by the Singapore National Heritage Board to join its International Museum Day Symposium as a Panel Speaker for the 'Museum X Youths' programme. Other speaking engagements include hosting an artist talk for Shen Jiaqi's solo 'Dioramas of Industry'.
