The Secret to Aging Well

A feature on fermentation practices across Asia for Wine&Dine's November/December 2020 issue. For this piece, I conducted in-depth research into the fermentation cultures of East and Southeast Asia and their wellness benefits. Complementing this are interviews I conducted with prominent chefs and F&B leaders across Asia, such as Spa Esprit's Cynthia Chua, Chef Mariana Campos D'Almeida and Michelin-starred Gaa's Chef Garima Arora.
